I am the ONLY person who you'll be dealing with straight 100% of the time. Though I do have 100% TRUSTED Spuds & Tater Tots helping me pick up you orders from time to time. You can reach me with any questions and all orders.
Absolutely ZERO personal, order or customer information will be posted by me, my spuds or tots 🤣 at any time. You will never be contacted by anyone else except me involving your order. My word is my word!

Before we get to the How. First, let me say I have stood in the rain and 8hrs to get an item signed for myself and a customer. I will hands down do my absolute very best to get your item signed for you! With all that out of the way 😃👍
HOW WE HELP :
We do the very best we can in getting you what you want the way you want it. For those who have never been to a convention.
We stand in lines at times for hours depending on conventions, crowds, schedules, fans and celebs. All while carrying around safely your items. I bring your mailed in item or their table item getting it signed the way you want.
WHAT / HOW YOU WANT :
This consists of < Items ( Yours Sent in or Their Table item available ), The Color of marker, Type if added, Where on item if added, a Quote or Personalization message from Celeb...
QUOTES & PERSONALIZING :
We sadly can't always guarantee them but I do my best. They are also pending stars discretion and MAY CHANGE EXTRA.
** Now I Hate this trend too especially when it's per word extra cost. **
We will do our best to be upfront ASAP when we see this star is asking for extra. CANCELLED orders because of this I understand but understand the refund will only be HALF MY FEE and Celebrities cost of course. This is because I don't waste my time and it's out my control.
PHOTO PROOF :
I also sneak or take photos while they are signing for your proof and authenticity. Notice I said sneak. That's because there are times when NO PHOTO'S are allowed. Even rare times where they take phone's and camera's away before entering the room. So sneaking them happens because I love getting those for myself too.
CERTIFICATES, COA, PSA or JSA :
We don't offer any certification on consignment pick ups. BUT When the Convention or Agent offers that service. I can get it for you at buyers cost. No problem.
I strive to treat everyone the way I want to be treated. That means getting you what you want just like it was my own item.

So ALL COSTS ARE PAID UP FRONT via PayPal secure via friend not merchant. Unless you want Taxes added to your order. I can explain further why just Message me.
The PAID UP FRONT cover's ALL celebrity autograph prices + my fees + shipping costs. Unless on mailed in items that include pre-paid return label added inside package.
ALL MY FEE'S :
These are charged depending on celebrity, how long I think I'll be in their line, what you want signed and can range pending How MANY or How HEAVY you items are.
** Example last year I had a 55lb figure statue heavy as hell to carry for 2hrs in one Celebrities line. It cost a bit more then 8x10s and plus extra trip to the car for safety. ** Note I rarely say no I can't handle an order..
MAIL IN YOUR OWN ITEMS :
Yes, you can Mail me your own items. See Shipping policy on this option.
PRE-PRINTED PHOTO'S :
I suggest Walgreens quality better but Walmart may be cheaper. You can do it yourself and mail them to me or I'll print them up for extra add on cost. The reason for extra cost? Simply more work, time and trips to the store. It can be tricky getting file size just right which is why adding cost to the bill.
TABLE ITEMS :
Usually are Head Shots / Poses / TV or Movie specific scenes. They might have larger posters or sizes which might cost extra from them. Their 8x10s are "Usually" included free with autograph purchases. We usually won't know untill day of event while in line.When it comes to TABLE ITEMS you can leave choice up to me specific to what Movie or TV show you tell me or sexiest photo LMAOOOOO.
CELEBRITY & AGENT PRICES :
We don't set the celeb prices THEY DO, THEIR AGENTS / HANDLERS and SOMETIMES CONS THEMSELVES. We can not guarantee prices very early some I will safely < Guesstimate >.
Not every Convention posts prices. Nor do Celebrities have the same prices at every event or even same daily at same event. Absolutely hate when they change prices day 2 also! If this garbage happens I will give customer the options.
Options and Refunds are handled on case by case basis. I hate not being able to complete an order successfully SMH.

We also have made friends with some staff / agents / handlers to help get Celebrities autograph prices early SOMETIMES or Their opinion for safe Guesstimates. Doesn't always Guarantee they stay the same or I get them super early. We TRY!
I ONLY SET :
Our Fee's and prices are NON-Negotiable. Set according to what I feel is worth time standing in line and carrying around things for. Materials, gas and trips to the store for items etc etc...Don't get me wrong comes with the order but understand this. 1 customers ordered 8 things from 6 different celebs lines equaled 14hrs over 3 day event. I got everything done perfectly.

MAILING IN ITEMS :
Here's a tip add a pre-paid return label SAVE yourself extra cost from me shipping and supplies. Adding insurance is totally up to you!
I ask you pre-send photos of them before packing items. This way they arrive the way you sent them. Also you at the chance things do get messed up in transit. You will know immediately on arrival to me. Because I will take photos as they arrive. Then again before shipping them back to you. Tedious but protects me and your items. .
LARGE HEAVY ITEMS :
Be aware can cost more to ship and my fee to lug it around all day. Some Agents & Celebs charge extra on larger items too. It sucks but they do. They control prices.
SHIPPING & WEIGHT :
We don't set these prices either. We will ship whatever company you request. As ALL costs are up to buyer. That goes for insurance as well cost up to buyer. I primarily use USPS services which cost less starting at $15 & up. I try to save us both where and what I can! Both in time and Money. Everything Shipped out at the same time unless covering multiple events and you approve me hanging onto items. I will keep you informed always!

Can I Trade for my CPC order? Can I Pay for my CPC order AFTER CPC gets it?
Politely to Both NO.
When should I pay for my CPC order ?
Thank you for your Order. Your Order should be Paid in FULL with me within 72 HOURS before the Event. I will remind you during discussing setting up your order details.
What Happens if Show, Celebrity or CPC Cancels ?
First, if the Show or Celebrity cancels both are very possible. In this case you will get a full refund or can put payment to another Item or Event I'm attending. No problem.
Second, if CPC has to completely cancel. It could happen we are all human and emergencies occur. I will let everyone know ASAP. Then issue a full refund and a discount on future order.
When should I mail CPC my items ?
So that your items arrive safely with me before I head to any event. Have time to be looked over and safely brought with me. They should be mailed no later than at least ONE WEEK before date of the event. Gives time to track them to.
Can CPC, Hold onto order's or Meet in person to save/cut shipping for customers?
Yes to both AS LONG AS all other costs are paid off fully in advance.
Holding items at your request to save from multiple mailings and costs. No problem. - OR -
Meeting only at other conventions or events I'm scheduled to be at. All with prior arrangement & communication.
Does CPC, take any other payments besides PAYPAL?
Real US Dollars can be added to Mailed in Items ONLY.
Other than that No Currently PayPal is the ONLY way. Simply PayPal has been good to me and defends all exchanges.
Does CPC go to Every Convention, Book Signing, Show or Event?
I'd love to but costs add up. Primarily I stay Local on East Coast. But never hurts to ask. So feel free to reach out.
When will my CPC order be shipped? When will my Items Arrive ?
We try to ship CPC order's out within 3 days after getting back from the event. Things are just as busy before as they are after. You will receive updates via FB Messenger or Email ASAP.
When will your order arrive is completely up to shipping method paid for and shipping company.
I will update you with any tracking # and photo's before mailing.
Can I hand deliver my items to you?
Yes, but only at an event we are both attending really.
Can I be a Trusted Spud or Tater Tot?
🤔 Thank You for your interest. Possibly! Factors on Event's, Payments, Communications, Trust and a lot of Consideration goes into that decision.
